Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your KickDopa order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns (unopened products)
You may return unopened, unused cans within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original, sealed condition.
Opened products
For health and safety reasons, opened cans or individual pouches cannot be returned or refunded once the seal is broken.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed. Photos of the issue help us resolve it faster.
How to start a return or report a problem
Email us at support@kickdopa.com with your order number and a brief description (and photos, if applicable). We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refund processing
Once an approved return is received, or a damaged/incorrect claim is confirmed, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, we cover all shipping.
